Longer Consults
Premium appointments with 45 minute Initial Consults and 30 minutes of one on one time provided for follow up. More time allows for more value. This provides more time to listen and more time to provide an expert assessment and management plan, which is fundamental to a successful speedy outcome. Longer consult times mean less visits to your physiotherapist.

About
I have over 25 years experience in private and elite sport. I bring a wealth of experience in sports injury management, Injury prevention and performance enhancement. Throughout my career I have had the privilege of working with many professional athletes, including serving as the Head Physiotherapist for Melbourne Victory Soccer Club. I am currently providing physiotherapy services to the Olympic Winter Institute of Australia’s Moguls, Aerials and Snowboard programs.

My extensive background allows me to provide a comprehensive approach to injury management, rehabilitation and prevention. I work closely with individuals to design peronalised recovery plans that are tailored to their specific needs - whether that’s returning to sport after injury, improving mobility, optimising performance or just staying active with your kids.

I believe in longer consult times allowing for accurate diagnosis and individualised evidence-based interventions with a strong exercise element to my management. I encourage individuals to take control of their recovery and performance by creating an open and supportive environment where you feel you can reach your full potential.

Outside of my work time I enjoy competing in masters soccer, coaching a community youth soccer team, mountain biking and snowboarding.
